Jaypee brings over 15 years of multifaceted business expertise to his role as the CEO and co-founder of Tribe Support. As a parent of a special needs child, he has a deep, personal understanding of the importance of providing high-quality support services. His mission is to create environments where parents and carers feel comfortable and can trust the care provided. Jaypee oversees operations across three geographical locations, managing a dedicated team of over 50 staff members who contribute to day programs and our Supported Independent Living (SIL) properties. He leads strategic growth initiatives, ensuring that Tribe Support remains compliant with NDIS guidelines as a registered provider. Jaypee also heads the Tribe Foundation, a philanthropic endeavor operating under ACNC and DGR status. Through charitable events under the CHEvents brand, the foundation strives to make a positive impact in the community.

Drawing from a background in graphic design and professional wedding photography, Jaypee finds his passion in creativity and storytelling through visual communication. With over 17 years of experience, he has photographed more than 900 weddings, spanning various countries, and has had the privilege to capture moments for numerous sporting personalities. Leading two exceptional teams, Jaypee previously owned MeFoto in Cairns before transitioning to establish Coast Wedding Photography on the Central Coast of NSW. During weekends, Jaypee and his team dedicate their time to immortalizing memorable moments at weddings and family portrait sessions, ensuring each occasion is beautifully preserved.

Commencing operations in January 2014, Jimalie initiated the importation of premium virgin coconut oil and a range of coconut products into Australia. By the end of the same year, Jimalie had established distribution channels, making its products available in over 450 retail outlets, healthcare practices, and various online platforms across the country.As the managing director and co-owner, Jaypee played a pivotal role in driving the development and expansion of the family business, alongside his wife. The genesis of the company stemmed from their ties to coconut plantations in the southern Philippines, notably influenced by Jaypee's father, Jim, who before his passing actively supported the village of Alejal (pronounced Alie-hal) through financial contributions derived from the farm to assist those in need. The name "Jimalie" was derived from a combination of his father's name and the village where the farm was situated.Jimalie garnered further attention when it was featured on the 2017 season of Shark Tank Australia, seizing the opportunity to secure funding for its ventures.

Jaypee, despite being relatively new to the industry, eagerly embraced the chance to lead a dedicated team of massage therapists at Green Island Resort. Drawing on his profound passion for health and wellness, he drove the team's initiatives to curate a varied array of day spa packages and experiences at the stunning Green Island Resort, conveniently located just a 40-minute boat ride from Cairns. Under his guidance, guests indulged in luxurious relaxation massages amidst the serene beauty of the island, creating unforgettable experiences and strengthening a reputation for excellence in hospitality and wellness.
