 Responsible for the operation of Finished Goods Warehouse (FG WH) whichincludes of FG from production, maintain and implement proper housekeepingprocedures, issue to sales as per demand, maintain records and coordinate withvendors for day to day activities. Update the ERP system / SAP as required for the receiving of PM, FG and marketreturns. Checking and unloading deliveries safely in the correct areas. Handle the non‐ conforming products and damages that might be encountered duringloading/unloading activities. Performing ‘cyclic counts’ and routine stock checks fuel dips asrequired Putting stock away in accordance with the Company’s Quality procedures (stockrotation). Handle the trading items such as coolers, stands… etc. Responsible for keeping documents and records as well as develop any required forms/documents related to WH activities. Handle any assignment that shall be given by his direct manager. Issuing and receiving stores to and from Direct Labour and Contractors. Assisting with input onto the stores computer and occasionally placingpurchase orders on the instruction of the store’s Manager or in hisabsence. Maintaining the outside area of the stores and yard in a safe clean and tidycondition. Planning loading Allocation. A shared responsibilities as part of the stores team to respond to emergencyassistance for the issuing of fittings out of hours.

• To conduct inspection of all incoming items as to quantity and quality against requisition upon arrival and report any discrepancy• To count, weigh and measure materials received or issued and properly record it in the receiving log or material issuance slip• To properly stock all material according to item specification system• To sort and prepare requested items for any upcoming events• To release items as per approved requisition and post it in the legendary ledger• To conduct monthly inventory of all stock and send report to the Production Manager and Accounts• To request replenishment of common stocks• ‘To make sure rules on safe working are followed to prevent accidents• ‘To make sure the warehouse is properly maintain and all stocks are neatly piled and in good condition at all times• To handle and verify the accuracy of all inbound shipments by checking the quantity and quality of actual received items against the order and report any discrepancy• To submit quality evaluation report to the Production Manager, General Manager and Accounts• To coordinate with other production staff during set-up and pull-out• To assist the Accountant and Auditors during audit inventory• To attend training related to storekeeping, warehouse control and inventory to update knowledge and skills

• Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all products, and supplies that come in and out of warehouse. • Ensure all production orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules. • Supervise loading and unloading of delivery truck and assume responsibility for delivery of all items received by warehouse to proper department.• Supervise warehousing and storage of all supplies, equipments, and consumable materials.• Maintain strict control over inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of product. Initiate all purchase requests to keep stock items available at all times.• Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization.• Develop and recommend procedures for orderly replacement of existing movable equipment as it becomes obsolete or deteriorates.• Develop and/or enforce corporate policies regarding security and safety in order to maintain a safe working environment. • Participate in budget development and exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations.• Supervise a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, delegation, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and termination. • Investigate causes of lost or damaged shipments and other matters; make adjustments when necessary.

- Under contract to the General Authority of Civil Aviation/Airways engineering. The project undertakes the maintenance of Air Navigation Facilities in International & Domestics airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.• Supervise and monitors the work of stock record employees engaged in maintaining records,registers,files and reports.• Investigates,analyzes and solves stock control problem• Liases with Central Logistics for shipment of parts to and from Sector locations• Inspect inventories of on-site spare holdings and responsible for forwarding updates to the Logistics Manager• Maintains Field Operating Fund (FOF) and records all transactions as specified in Logistics policies• Controls local purchase activity• Responsible to maintain a test equipment calibration record and ensure that equipment is calibrated when due• Responsible for control of items sent to Depot for repair and return replacements• Maintains a stock level to support maintenance activity• Receives /issues materials; performs and supevises diversified stock control duties,proper applications and supervision of stock control regulations

• Supervise TBA Logistics /Warehouse operation such as material purchase, material receiving, material issuance, finished goods receiving from production and finished goods shipment.• Production Planning ( Quarterly and Monthly Plan ) and inventory control, production schedule and material ordering.• Area Document Controller• Prepares Inventory Report such as Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report• Prepare material for purchase• Responsible in preparing projection and material ordering• Monitoring all materials from time to time• Supervise warehousemen• Responsible for all inbound and outbound documents

WAREHOUSE INBOUND JOB• Receive incoming shipment and check the shipment physically as per customers requirement• Updating the product details in WMS and with that of the incoming Commercial Invoice and AWB• Allocating the shipment to a particular location• Making a note in Commercial invoice and updating product details in WMS Module Cyber Log• Ensuring the Proof of Arrival is sent on the same day of arrival of the shipment in the warehouse.WAREHOUSE OUTBOUND JOB• Remove the shipment from the current location and take it to the staging area• Check the Commercial Invoice and IDG• While dispatching check the number of packages, description should tally with the Commercial Invoice• Ensure the correct shipment is sent to the right customer
