Between July 2021 and June 2023, I had a multifaceted role, which blended product strategy, product marketing, and user experience and was part of the Autonomous Truck Mission Control at DTNA and, more prominently, Daimler Truck's independent subsidiary Torc Robotics (see below).In July 2023, I joined the Digital Transformation Office (DTO)'s Incubator team as a business analyst and project manager to begin development on an internal initiative.

At Torc, I was a part of the Product Management organization and, more specifically, the Mission Control and Virtual Driver Maintenance & Care team.My main focus was the development of a Mission Control Operations vision and operating models, and as part of that, the operations user personas and persona framing that supported the future implementation of those. With this body of work, I helped provide a customer perspective and served on cross-functional teams with members of Torc's Corporate Strategy, Fleet Operations, and Engineering. In addition, I helped build and establish the UX department within Torc, collaborated with and provided support to Product Managers and the UX team's projects and initiatives, developed autonomous industry and competitor landscape expertise, and helped derive customer requirements. Lastly, I supported teams and development as a Scrum Master (December 2022-June 2023) to maintain the application of Agile methodology in our workstream.

Co-founded award-winning brand Fine Feathers Kombucha in 2011 in Long Beach, California and served as its CEO and Lead Brewmaster. Known for its unique fermentation approaches and flavors, the company was recognized as 'Best Kombucha of 2016' by LA Weekly, and has been a multi-year offering at festivals like Coachella, Lightning In A Bottle, and LA Vegan Beer & Food Fest, along with having product on-tap, through its direct-to-customer distribution, at the headquarters of Buzzfeed, Playboy Magazine, and Tinder, among others. Recognized for its environmentally-conscious business model and operations, the company became a Certified Green Business in 2018. Fine Feathers Kombucha is also a founding member of the Long Beach Sustainable Business Network (LBSBN), a non-affiliated organization of like-minded businesses in the city of Long Beach who champion and promote sustainability. The company was sold in 2020 to a Long Beach restauranteur couple, who shared the founders' vision and continue to operate in the flagship kombucha fermentation-dedicated facility, designed and built in 2014.
