Taught regularly as part of the pastoral teaching team. Provided oversight for the approximately 15 leaders that served in my departments. Effectively developed other leaders & volunteers to grow in their own leadership ability according to their individual strengths & weaknesses. Created & branded the YTH Evolution outreach program geared towards affecting the community, identity & spirituality of youth between 12-18 years old.
