Worked with the established RTE as a very large ART was split into two trains. Delivered a Value Stream ID presentation along with various options to leadership for considering the best way to divide the ART. Led various ART events, started a Scrum Master CoP, co-facilitated PI Planning. Used Jira/Confluence, helped test new PI Planning software being considered for purchase.

Initiated cadenced events for 3 scrum teams. Set up and initiated use of kanban boards to track work in Azure DevOps, then began flow of work from story creation to delivery and stakeholder review. Coached team members on Agile process, the scrum cycle, and roles and responsibilities. Presented, and initiated conversations with various leadership regarding an organizational move to an Agile way of working.
