In 2014 I co-founded a B2B SaaS startup called Swaybase (fka FirmPlay) to help HR, marketing and sales departments amplify the reach and impact of their social media content via their employees’ social networks (after several pivots to find PMF). We bootstrapped the company to $[ ]M in ARR over 6+ years, working with some of the largest brands in the world such as Equinix, Cisco and many more. I built the GTM strategy and sales function from scratch across the U.S. and Europe.The business is still operational, but I left in 2020 to pursue opportunities working with VC-backed companies in hyper-growth mode. It was a wild ride, but it had to end sometime.
