Current•Formulate and document security measures, emergency procedures, and incident response policies.•Initiate tests and perform risk assessments to ensure adequate security protocols are in place.•Managed complex projects for business applications, governance, security tools, risk and compliance using SDLC that involved balancing schedule, resources, and budgets. •Perform gap analysis of Release Management / Development Operations (DevOps), Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, Requirements Management, Change Management and Software test efforts. •Provide documented process improvement project plans with proven results for overall traceability, reproduce ability and accountability of SDLC processes for each project within the Global Delivery Centers (300 employees’ On-Shore / Off-Shore and over 20 software development application projects). •Ensure Total Quality Management and Continuous Process Improvements for each software development project through auditing / compliance and metrics reporting. •Experience in defining and executing companywide IT security & compliance, business continuity (BC), disaster recovery (DR) & project management strategy.
