As a key contributor to this fast growing company, I was instrumental in coordinating the operations and logistics for over 98 computer training labs nationwide. This included conducting demographic research identifying ideal locations for new computer labs. Once identified, I would negotiate lease agreements and service level agreements (SLA) with each center to ensure the brand of Cerstaffix was in place for the optimal student experience.• Closely monitored profitability of each center and took appropriate action by either closing the location or relocating to a more a profitable office space.• Developed highly detailed weekly enrollment reports that improved the tracking of student enrollment, courseware, trainer assignments and sales representatives. • Worked closely with the Director of Public Training to coordinate the weekly training engagements for over 100 participants.I managed an operations team consisting of a Registrar, Customer Service Representative and IT Support.

The owner of The Boathouse of Madison recruited me back to manage and design their Moon Valley Resort's restoration and expansion of a bait shop that he owns on Lake Wisconsin. The vision was to reconfigure the space into a café and art gallery. Drawing upon my design experience, I laid out a concept for the floor plan, selected the construction materials and sourced suppliers for the restaurant equipment, food supplies and cash system. In addition, I had the pleasure of creating and testing the café’s menu consisting of grilled sandwiches, Panini’s and melts.The resort offers a cabin rental that will accommodate up to 8 people and has seasonal boat slip rentals available.

As the Operations Manager, I was responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound freight with a variety of brokers including international shipping containers. Also monitored the assembly of these high end tile orders ensuring quality and productivity standards were adhered to.The company expanded from a 3,000 square foot space to a 10,000 square foot space and I was tasked with the project to design the entire floor plan. This consisted of the office areas, production and the warehouse. • Collaborated with the warehouse staff to develop a pallet rack system that allowed for maximized storage and ease of access. This also resulted in the ability to bring in 3 new tile lines.• Improved production work station area where I designed a prototype tool using 80/20 building system that increased speed of packaging of complex mosaic tile patterns.

I moved to Wisconsin for the opportunity to build, restore, design and repair new and antique wooden boats. I managed restoration projects documenting the work progress to ensure client expectations were met.

This was short-term position due to the opportunity that surfaced at The Boathouse of Madison. In this multi-functional position, I was responsible for purchasing and logistics serving over 100 supermarkets and restaurants in five states. Developed equipment quotes, placed orders and arranged for third party shippers ensuring the best service and cost.

Accounts receivable Specialist; Promoted to manage the billing and collections of sales for three center interstate franchises totaling over $700k in monthly revenue from over 1,500 business to business clients. Creating monthly forecasts of collections goals for each center to be revued by upper management, maintaining good vendor/client relations and accurate invoice contact information.Contribution highlights included:• Successfully and quickly decreased approximately $80k of outstanding invoices to a record low of less than $2,000.• Created weekly invoice audit reports for the 14 account executives located in New York, North Carolina and Pennsylvania enabling them to assist with expediting payment.

Responsible for creating and maintaining files for over 450 students. This involved the tracking of GPA’s, attendance, test scores and student progress. I also reported and ensured accurate accreditation credentials for the New York State Department of Education. Ordered and managed all courseware. Ordered testing vouchers for students taking certification exams.
