The vision was to reconfigure the space into a café and art gallery. Drawing upon my design experience, I laid out a concept for the floor plan, selected the construction materials and sourced suppliers for the restaurant equipment, food supplies and cash system. In addition, I had the pleasure of creating and testing the café’s menu consisting of grilled sandwiches, Panini’s and melts.The resort offers a cabin rental that will accommodate up to 8 people and has seasonal boat slip rentals available.
