Ah, MACRA. Thousands of pages of Administrative Simplification! Through the process of answering hundreds of question on MIPS and MACRA, together with specific citations supporting each answer, I have become adept at sharing defensible positions on practical MACRA Matters, and have even built software to enhance EHR and Registry for MACRA. Several colleagues have mentioned that in the process, I have become one of the top experts in the country.
