– Report Overall Testing Status and Testing Metrics– Track individual chargeability of project resources and plan testing capacity for multiple releases– Leads Test Analysis, Planning and Execution of multiple projects– Provide accurate status reports to the client– Monitor project status and conduct follow ups for pending issues/action items– Raise issues and concerns to client and developers in a timely manner– Communicate effectively with the stakeholders of the project– Lead 3rd party developers and testers; establish a healthy working relationship– Discuss performance testing requirements with the client– Reports performance testing results and provide inputs on the causes of significant performance spikes

– Monitor all projects for release – Report status of all projects and its testing deliverables – Raise issues and concers to client and developers in a timely manner– Perform production health check – Execute automated test script in HP QTP – Provides support during production deployment – Analyze Business Requirements to come up with estimates and RTM – Create Test Approach – Conduct System Test cases walkthrough with Developers and Business team– Conduct System Test result walkthrough with the client – Record, tweak and debug Performance Testing scripts using HP Loadrunner – Analyze Performance Testing results and send comprehensive reports to the client/leads – Knowledgeable in Work Management System as well as in designing G/Technology projects – Perform Internal Security Audits as the POC for ISMS – Develops test plan – Prepares test data – Performs test execution and documents the result – Performs peer review of test plan, test data and test execution. – Uploads business requirements and testing deliverables in HP ALM QC. – Reports incidents encountered during test execution. – Logs defect for incidents encountered in HP ALM QC and monitor them until closure. – Reports progress of testing deliverables to the team and client.– Participate in defect investigation and debugging sessions with the UAT/Client/Developers
