With over 10 years of experience in IT change management, I am passionate about delivering efficient and effective solutions that meet the needs of the business and the customers. I have a strong background in process improvement, Kaizen facilitation, and business process analysis, and I am certified in ITIL and Kaizen. As the Global IT Change Management Lead at PepsiCo, I work with a diverse and cross-functional team of IT professionals to ensure that all changes are aligned with the strategic goals and best practices of the organization.In my current role, I lead the end-to-end management of all enhancements to the change management process, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and validation. I also lead weekly calls with IT tower managers to review high priority change requests, and create or update knowledge articles and runbooks. Additionally, I train and mentor new change managers as part of their onboarding process. I have successfully implemented several process improvement initiatives that have increased the quality and efficiency of the change management process, reduced the risk of incidents and problems, and enhanced the customer satisfaction and trust.
