At boAt, in the Business Transformation Office we design and implement new technologies and processes to adapt to the evolving consumer, supplier and customer behaviour to help maintain the brand’s growth.Various implementations and projects I’ve been a part of -1 - Core team member implementing the S4 Hana SAP ERP with MM, SD and the FICO module- Member of the team designing processes to implement the TM and WM module.2- Managing the team designing and implementing a returns management system for managing B2B returns at a large scale3- Leading a team to set up an in-house data analytics platform for descriptive analysis.- Defining KPIs with functional heads to be monitored - Defining or deploying data capturing systems- Setting up the systems and data bases to populate the data lake4- Managing cost saving projects by operational improvements leading to positive impact to the EBITDA- Warranty cost reduction: Operationalising fraudulent claim detection systems potentially bringing down claims by 25-30%- Setting up a repair centre for all devices to reduce cost for replacement and reduce wastage.- Working with key customers to implement tech for reducing top of the funnel returns and setting up operations to improve salvage in the return centre.
