Responsible for building, growing, and maintaining the enterprise Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) system. Migrated from RSA Archer to ServiceNow GRC, and managed multiple stakeholder groups, requirements, integrations and implementations to drive effectiveness of the platform. A multi-year journey, my team delivered connections to our HR systems, process governance, Interos, and Google cloud platforms to create an experience that allows full alignment of authority documents, policies & standards, processes, risks, controls, issues management, third party management, security risk, and evidence management. My team established and built out an enterprise process governance function using APQC as a baseline framework, and tools like ARIS, Blueworks Live, and Lucidcharts to establish continuity, ownership, and accountability for business process governance. We established a process maturity baseline and grew the function to include a global footprint and alignment with audit and the IRM function.
