As a Class Representative, I was able to bridge the gap between students and faculty by representing student interests, facilitating communication, and organizing class meetings and events. I role-played in the prevention of crises and creating an atmosphere of respect, as well as gathering and sharing student wishes for the idea to the administration. This experience has greatly improved my leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
