• Manage UAE Specification Team’s pipeline through conducting project scoring and allocation of projects within the Specification Team.

• Manage Pay TV Channels pipeline within the GCC area.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals to new and potential customers.
• Prepare renewal contracts to existing customers and ensure renewal is complete through constant follow up calls.
• Work jointly with the Sales Executive to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
• Spot new business opportunities through over the phone selling.

• Ensure customers have the best customer service experience through providing an accurate, complete information, understanding their requirements and resolving their issues in a timely manner.
• Handle all rate plans and features queries and changes and ensure the package fits with customer’s needs.
• Resolve all billing issues of the customers through explaining monthly charges and rate plan coverage.
• Act as a Sales Consultant by demonstrating ‘Resolve, Sell and Grow’ process – this is done by resolving and understanding customer’s issue, building trust and transitioning to selling.
• Process handset orders for new and existing customers.
