Specification Team Support; Administration of the project pipeline, project research and CRM daily updateKey Responsibilities• Manage UAE Specification Team’s pipeline through conducting project scoring and allocation of projects within the Specification Team.• Identify business opportunities through project research and proactive phone calls to the architects and clients.• Arrange consultants’ or clients’ meetings for the Specification Managers to ensure initial engagement is done.• Provide support to the Specification Team in obtaining more contacts and building relationship with the consultants and clients through organizing Lunch and Learn presentations.• Analyze and prepare pre-qualification documents to ensure the company is included on the approved vendors list of the consultants and clients.• Review project information proactively to ensure project updates are accurate.• Coordinate with lead provider’s account manager to ensure the criteria are met and discrepancies are resolved.• Ensure CRM database is up-to-date through recording actions, adding new contacts, updating packages and uploading scoring sheet and useful documents.• As a CRM Key User, coordinate with CRM Team for enhancements, change and incident requests.

Sales Team Support; Administration of the Pay TV Channels pipeline (GCC Area) Key Responsibilities• Manage Pay TV Channels pipeline within the GCC area.• Prepare and submit commercial proposals to new and potential customers.• Prepare renewal contracts to existing customers and ensure renewal is complete through constant follow up calls.• Work jointly with the Sales Executive to ensure customers’ requirements are met.• Spot new business opportunities through over the phone selling.• Liaise with technical team for the installation of Dish TV system.• Prepare cost sheets, coordinate with Finance Department for invoices preparation and payment follow up.• Record data and payment information on CRM.• Manage Sales Report.

Front Line Customer Service and Technical Support for T-Mobile Postpaid customers (Inbound Calls)Key Responsibilities• Ensure customers have the best customer service experience through providing an accurate, complete information, understanding their requirements and resolving their issues in a timely manner.• Handle all rate plans and features queries and changes and ensure the package fits with customer’s needs.• Resolve all billing issues of the customers through explaining monthly charges and rate plan coverage.• Act as a Sales Consultant by demonstrating ‘Resolve, Sell and Grow’ process – this is done by resolving and understanding customer’s issue, building trust and transitioning to selling.• Process handset orders for new and existing customers.• As a Technical Care Specialist Tier 1, assist customers on troubleshooting smartphones and basic phones and guide customers on using phone features and applications.• Raise trouble ticket for any technical and coverage issues.
