When this ended, Wimco established a new company on St. Barthelemy, WimcoSBH . This company is to handle all operations for Wimco, and the island of St. Barthelemy. Responsibilities shifted from managing sales operation to;• Signed over 200 Villa Owners in St. Barthelemy for purpose of legally listing their villas for rent;• Directed sales team in Newport, RI through changing environment and inventory on a daily basis;• Managed change of having 150 Exclusive relationships to the current environment of clients being able to purchase every villa with every marketing company on the internet;• Minimized loss of renewal clientele through aggressive, personal contact whilst former partner recruited clients away from Wimco;• Assisted in all strategic negotiations and meetings relating to attempt to settle differences with former partner company;

Acted as Owner/Operator of underperforming local golf course. Increased activity, reputation and attention switftly through hands on customer service and big thinking pubic relations. Introduced "The Mom's Club" which partnered with the Hockomock YMCA to offer baby sitting services twice weekly for stay at home parents. This program was featured in a 3/4 page article in the Boston Globe. In addition, partnered with Red Sox Legend Jim Rice and Deutsche Bank PGA Tour event to raise money for Birdies for Charity and host a caddied golf event, the first of it's kind at this moderate facility.
