I've been in the auto repair business in one way or another since I was 16 years old. That's over 30 years. I've owned Jay's Auto Repair since 1987. I worked my shop by myself for 18 years and only recently, since 2007, have embarked on a new direction with my business. I started business and marketing education and started hiring employees. I now have 4 employees working in a 3 bay shop in central Schofield. My goal is to grow the business to a point in which we are working longer hours and include weekends. I would like to get to the point where I am forced to add on to the building and double the staff. One of my goals is to add locations to the business. I'd like to have 4 locations by 2017.Specialties: we specialize in drivability, computer diagnosis, under hood and under car repairs. We have a state of the art wheel alignment system. And we offer tires in almost all brands. We deal with a centralized tire warehouse and get deliveries daily.
