Indian Hotels Company LimitedDesigning and implementing new proposals, undertaking analysis & feasibility studies, recruitment, compensation, training, carrying out surveys, co-ordinating HR activities in the southern region and implementation of Total Quality principles in hotels in the group.Was a certified assessor for the JRDQV Award (Tata Business Excellence Model).
