I am passionate about driving technology innovation that can positively impact the lives of others. An advocate of creative problem solving, I enjoy making connections between people and technology to produce real results.I grew up in Toledo, Ohio near the Michigan border. Eager to blaze a new trail and find warmer winters, I moved south to Athens, Georgia. There I earned two degrees from the University of Georgia; a BA in International Business with a Minor in Spanish and an MBA with emphasis on strategic planning and information systems.I focused my undergraduate studies on International Business because I wanted to understand the cultures and patterns that shape the global economy and how I could play a role in creating positive change. Going back to school for my MBA after a few years of working, I decided to focus my efforts on lifelong learning and building expertise.Post-MBA, I developed a diverse background in research, information management, and analytics while consulting for companies including Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, UPS, and SunTrust bank (now Truist). I have also been honored to work with non-profit organizations such as The US Olympic Committee and Hire Heroes, an organization dedicated to helping veterans make the transition from military service to starting a career.At Deloitte, I was energized by the opportunity to apply private-sector experience to advancing public health initiatives at Federal, State, and other public health organizations where I have led health technology projects since 2010. In this role, I help clients set strategies and lead teams to implement technology solutions.I enjoy opportunities to explore training programs wherever my projects and curiosity lead me. In addition to earning PMP, TOGAF, and PSM credentials, I have facilitated technology and leadership courses in the U.S. and India.At home, I can often be found on my front porch in Decatur, Georgia with my wife Amanda, daughter Eva, and son Milo.
