At Blue Cube Technologies, we handle the consulting, design, maintenance, and management of core Cloud and ITSP environments for enterprise clients.Accomplishments-Designed and deployed fully orchestrated cloud environments based on open source technologies for clients ranging in 10's to 100's of servers with geo-redundancy and high availability in mind. -Deployed hundreds of VoIP solutions to businesses and currently manage thousands of endpoints for our clients.

Responsible for the management and redesign of the datacenters tasked with core ISP, Telephony, and Hosted environments. Accomplishments-Upgraded all wireless backhaul networks to supply lower latency, higher bandwidth connections between local datacenters for reliable failover links for communications and internet. Links resulted in excess of 100Mbps synchronous.-Redesigned client-side PBX deployments based on Asterisk for feature rich functionality and more cost effective solution delivery. -Designed and deployed Highly Available VoIP and Internet services to clients. -Redesigned core datacenter ISP/Telephony/Hosted infrastructure for better redundancy, configuration automation, and service orchestration.

Entrusted with the networks of large contracted clients consisting of Target, Home Depot, CitiFinancial, Harris Teeter, State Farm, Wal-Mart, etc. in a target area encompassing an area along the entirety of the Virginia I-81 and I-64 corridors. Accomplishments -Utilized Linux based RIS/PXE software to manage workstation and server OS installations. -Extensively trained in the maintenance and repair of hundreds of models of printers, workstations, POS systems, and servers. -Deployed redundant datacenter and server implementations for several Home Depot and Target stores. -Maintained an SLA compliance percentage higher than anyone in Virginia with an average of 98%.

Worked as a part of a team of administrators to manage and maintain the Windows 2003 server environments. Each team member including myself was solely responsible for handling ~30 client networks and providing onsite/remote support for staff. Designed and implemented network infrastructures. Executed hardware installation and maintenance of XP workstations, 2000/2003 servers, Cisco networking equipment, and other supporting hardware.Performed setup and configuration of Active Directory. Strategized and supervised installation of backup and disaster recovery operations. Accomplishments -Assessed and maintained Windows 2003 AD and Exchange environments. -Utilized monitoring systems such as Open Source PandoraFMS for early detection and troubleshooting of network related issues. -Maintained a marked and sustained billable to non-billable ratio (90%) that expressed a high level of efficiency in my work flow and processes. -Performed onboarding evaluations of new client networks to establish best practices and ensure consistency across clients.
