Was first Group Rep hired for RBC Insurance's initial foray into selling group insurance solutions on a direct basis to small businesses of 5-50 lives. Moved up to Regional Sales Director position in early 2000 and then into National Sales Director position in 2001. Morphed the Group Direct Business Unit in 2004-05 from selling one insurer's product into a Group Broker operation selling group insurance solutions from 5 different insurers due to a change in business direction. Built up the RBC Insurance Group Home & Auto Sales & Service Team by hiring Sales Professionals in key centers across Canada.

Developed and maintained a block of group insurance business acquired through Advisors and Consultants in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada area.
