I am a global business leader with a successful track record of high revenue growth and positive EBITDA performance. I have over 20 years of experience in leadership roles at a number of companies ranging from technology startups to large public enterprises. I have led businesses with operations in USA, Canada, UK, France, Netherlands, Greece, UAE and India.in my most recent position as CEO of Karix - a GSO Capital Partners LP (division of Blackstone Group LP) portfolio company, I grew the company from a startup to a successful exit transaction with sale of the company to Tanla Solutions, a publicly listed telecommunications services leader in India. Karix provides a cloud based platform for over 1500 enterprises to optimally engage with their consumer customers through mobile channels. Karix is also the exclusive service provider for Government of India, supporting over 800 agencies engaging with citizens through mobile based campaigns. Under my leadership, Karix experienced growth in topline and EBITDA of 40% CAGR over the past 10 years. I have extensive knowledge about the wireless industry and i regularly engage with consultants and VCs. I have in the past served on the Board of the North American Mobile Marketing Association.
 As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Air2Web, I launched Air2Web’s business in India and led the company to become the market leader for enterprise mobile marketing services. My prior experience includes Executive positions with General Motors OnStar, GTE Wireless and Sprint. Notably at OnStar, I led the effort to establish US nationwide network coverage for the GM OnStar service through alliance agreements with major mobile operators.I earned a Master’s Degree in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University where I was a Teagle Scholar and a member of the Tau Beta Phi Engineering Honors Society and Eta Kappa Nu Electrical Engineering Honors Society.
