About Jay Sojdelius
I am a passionate and versatile creative director, UX professional and concept developer with over 25 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, I took some time off last year for a passion project of mine, where I founded and lead my own independent game development and publishing startup. I have overseen all product lines, managed crowdfunding, marketing and e-commerce, and applied my skills in game design, animation, storytelling, and graphic design.Before launching my own venture, I was the creative director and UX team lead of a performance marketing/MarTech agency with a proprietary SaaS platform, where I evolved the UX offering, strategy and innovation capabilities, developed UX processes, and expanded the UX team. I also created a foundational UX auditing methodology, implemented rapid prototyping and design system practices, and developed and executed testing strategies based on data and insights. I enjoy driving creative discussions and brainstorming sessions, leveraging multi-disciplinary teamwork, and delivering turn-key solutions with an entrepreneurial mindset.
