 Installed (ABF) Air Blown Fiber subduct cables, Fiber Optic, cable tray, and metal/PVC trunking. Prepared project schedule and ensured deadlines are met within Project Timeline. Prepared and submitted required documents such as Commencement of Work Notice, Method of Statements, Risk Assessment, and other documents to be submitted to Building Management and relevant authorities. Conducted site safety inspection and toolbox meetings on site.  Supervised installation works, monitored its progress, coordinated meetings, and oversee other members of the project team on site.  Monitored the supply and installation of material and tools spending to stay on budget. Performed Air‑Blown Testing to ensure the accuracy of the meter length of the duct for each building installation. Performed (OSP) Outside Plant ‑ Manhole Survey & Maintenance Works, fiber optic cable pulling underground. Planned and Scheduled for a daily Manhole Survey (Confined Space) and Maintained workflow. Liaised with Land Transport Authority (LTA) for road access clearance and government prompt portal application. Performed Site Survey / PPE Inspection and Work Protocol being followed. Ensuring 100% Safety Aspects are being followed on site with at least 60 general workers. Submitted plant map and design routing drawings for final verification. Handled Sub Contractors for the As Built Reports, Data Sheet, and costing for the overall Completion reports and invoice verifications.

 Prepared weekly progress reports and documentation for a meeting within daily deadlines, and submitted daily work for auditing Submitted plan map drawings, customer information, and work order to Field Engineers to perform daily tasks.  Liaised with management, customers, and field staff to ensure compliance with internal and external work orders and safety requirements. Maintain confidential contract records and customer identifications within the system encrypt with protection to avoid unauthorized file sharing. Respond to telephone and email inquiries from main service providers and customers. Perform other duties and tasks as required by managers and the CEO. Worked cooperatively with the other related department, site team, field engineers, and customers to achieve a completed project.
