I enjoy working with technology because the scope and pace at which it consistently evolves requires one to be a lifelong learner, and it presents opportunities to continuously try new things. I love to learn the influences acting on the process loop and use that knowledge to devise and implement the appropriate instrument solution to improve accuracy and boost productivity.Equal to my enthusiasm about technology is my passion for working with people. Being self directed with strong work ethics and a high degree of professionalism allows me to communicate to all levels of management, engineers, technicians and operators to be part of a dynamic and successful team. I have a keen ability to understand my teams’ capabilities as well as the technology, allowing me to rally people around the shared objectives to implement highly visible and game changing solutions while fostering customer relationships and capital equipment. My greatest achievement was being part of a cross-functional team of motivated and talented people in the release of new instrument technology for the North American market. I took part in establishing trial sites and approving installation locations based on the customers’ process and the instrument design specifications. I developed and deployed installation requirements and recommendations, maintenance procedures and intervals, spare parts inventory, and customized user guides for the North American office and end users. With the initiative well underway, I am ready to bring my skills, experience, and drive to continue to improve and embrace change to a new and challenging role.
