-Answer, reply, or track queries from NOC and distributors (email and phone) regarding all industrial product (AccurioJet KM-1e,MGI,AccurioLabel)-Perform escalation of queries when required, and to continuously monitor and assist in the progress of the query-Provide on-site level 2 support for installation at each NOC or distributor until initial printing quality becomes stable-Troubleshoot, reproduce, and help resolve issues raised by NOC or distributors-Maintain expert-level knowledge of both hardware and software that deal with all industrial product (AccurioJet KM-1e,MGI,AccurioLabel)-Bring up and expand the knowledge and experience of team members from day to day operation

-Provide service activities, repairs, and maintenance activities on all Industrial products (AccurioJet KM-1,MGI 3DS,AccurioLabel 230)-Installation and uninstallation of Industrial machines-Timely escalation of technical problems to minimize the downtime of machines-Manage relationship with the client to optimize customer satisfaction-KOT support on hardware
