Jayson is a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong Asset Management expertise. He has successfully started up and maintained facilities in a variety of areas. Abroad he has managed critical and high-tech equipment in the motor industry and stainless-steel industry, working with multi-cultural teams for blue chip companies in South Africa and Japan. Here in Australia, he has managed Facilities in multiply government agencies. Currently he oversees eight public schools managing the whole of life asset management program that includes management strategies, lifecycle management plans, asset condition assessments and replacement life cycle forecasts and maintenance. This includes ensuring all assets meet compliance and relevant legislative requirements and is fit for purpose, adequate, available and efficient in use. Jayson is an Electro-mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong electrical background. This has allowed him to achieve a good sense of technical and problem-solving ability to fully understand the root cause of problems and conduct cause and effect analysis. He has also gained good financial acumen through experience and studies in a Master of Business Administration program and most recently completed an Operations and Facilities Management Industry Diploma. These have enabled him to effectively communicate and build strong positive relationships with clients and stakeholders in various levels of an organization. His management style involves a continuous improvement methodology in facilitating, planning and programming for prescribed maintenance, services and activities. His extensive work experience provides him with a broad knowledge of asset management skills that assists him in problem solving, decision making and utilizing resources to its highest potential. Jayson is a highly capable and values driven individual that works effectively in a team and autonomously.
