• Supervise Boxing operation in accordance with Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Company’s rules & Regulations.• Managing Production Leadman, Production operator and Production crew.• Handling Production equipment and machine such as Tunnel Freezer, Cutting equipment (Giro Cutter), Marination Machine (MultiJector) and Sealing machine in the area of CMPS.• Conduct checking of area, equipment/machine and Product Inspection in compliance to GMP, SOP and Regulatory requirements.• Check and verify equipment calibration and Preventive Maintenance.• Conducting Root Cause Analysis on occurrence of non-conformance, outright rejection and customer complaint.• Process owner on Tunnel Freezer improvement project.• People Management• Performance evaluation of direct reports.

Supervise Production operation in the area of Dispensing, Manufacturing and Packaging with compliance to quality, safety and productivity to deliver product in a "Single Campaign Run".

• Achieves production targets based on planned production schedule and identify/ support recovery plans as needed.• Ensures all production activities comply with all corporate quality and safety standards and local regulatory requirements as per CGMP, GQP/GQMP and EHS • Complies with proper, accurate and timely documentation, such as accomplished PBR checking and review, CAPAs, L1 inspection, EHS risk assessment, unexpected condition form, QRAP, change control, gembas etc.• Actively implements and supports department’s projects and initiatives to obtain highest quality products and ensure cost optimization• Ensures that financial, material and human resources are efficiently utilized.• Reviews, revises and approves SOPs, WIs, MBRs, forms and other production/policy related procedures.• Motivates and monitor the direct report’s performance and development items to ensure accomplishment of targets.• Drives the achievement of production and site targets.• Supports activities program related to validation, IQ/OQ/PQ etc.

Finished Goods Delivery • Prepares daily schedule of all line members for smooth production flow to meet product delivery commitments.• Directs the execution of shop orders according to standard lead times/machine rates/man hours and agreed schedules.• Monitors and reports daily, weekly and monthly line output and compliance to production schedule.Productivity and Cost Management• Monitors and controls yield and wastage according to standard. • Plan line work effectively to optimize utilization of equipment, energies and labor hours. • Monitors and reports line OEE and ensures standards are achieved.Quality and GMP• Strictly implements line clearance procedure.• Checks correctness and completeness of materials and documentation (MBR, SO’s) prior to start of line operation.• Strictly implements SOP-prescribed in-process checks.Risk Management and EHS• Identifies risk in the line and escalates immediately any issues to superior• Regularly checks and follows-up strict and consistent conformance to EHS standards and practices in the line.• Instruct all line members in the proper use of required PPE’s.

• Perform operation and machine set-up of Liquids filling and packaging machines based on approved SOP’s.• Perform basic trouble shooting of filling and packaging machines.• Revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of packaging lines equipment and processes.• Participate in Operational Excellence projects to ensure continues improvement in production operations. (e.g. Deviation Management, Standard Work and OEE Improvement)• Conduct In-Process check on finished goods to ensure quality standards are met upon releasing finished goods from production.• Escalate any machine or quality related issues to superior.• Assist in Closing Corrective and Preventive Action Report (CAPA)• Monitors Overall Equipment Effectiveness of the machine assigned• Handles temporary employees.
