• Prepare analytical reports, create graphics, and deliver stakeholder-ready content• Analyze data to provide actionable insights• Visualize data analytics to show valuable data-driven insights using Business Intelligence tools• Participate in operational projects and assist in the timely execution of project goals and deadlines• Design dashboards and other reporting tools used by internal stakeholders• Identify business challenges with stakeholders and help provide analytics using statistical methods• Perform a range of ad-hoc analyses and modeling in support of key business initiatives• Perform advanced modeling on medium-to-large data sets in support of business operations• Search, collect, and verify data (from basic to high levels of complexity)• Attend to internal client queries to ensure data captured is aligned with data methodology and policy guidelines• Comply with established work process standards to ensure the quality of data collected• Meet pre-determined turn-around goals for work assignments• Escalate data interpretation issues as needed• Perform root-cause analysis if data issues are identified• Update internal documents for performance metrics monitoring• Participate in working committees or projects and/or tasks aside from my core responsibilities• Quickly and effectively problem solve and be able to action items effectively to deliver impactful solution
