With over 17 years of pastoral experience, I am passionate about leading church growth and development with biblical expertise and strategic thinking. As a staff pastor at Kingwood Church, I oversee various ministries, such as next gen, outreach, online, and tech, and work with the lead pastor to implement the vision and mission of the church. I also provide pastoral care, leadership development, and teaching to the congregation and the community. Previously, I served as a lead pastor at Connect Church, where I led the church revitalization process, established the core values and culture of the church, and developed a strong leadership team. I have a background in business administration and management, and I have skills in team leadership, organizational development, and communication.
