I support the Starbucks implementation of Siebel loyalty for our Starbucks card platform. My primary duties are to develop, implement and support the loyalty programs and promotions. I also assist with environment management, Siebel development, administration and Java application development.

I provided consulting and support to Starbucks international partner and joint venture technical teams on Micros Point of Sale.I created gold images for the back office PC's and scripted releases to update remotely saving Starbucks tens of thousands of dollars from the standard implementation process. I trained regional technical teams on various Micros.

Project mangements and implementation of Micros products to customers. Tasked with completeing all aspects of an install from site survey to training. Other tasks included custom report building using Crystal reports, custom SQL scripts, phone support, hardware maintenance, et cetera.

Depot and field maintenance of electro-mechanical devices including laser printers, large line printers, form cutters and bursers, envelope stuffers and more.Provided depot service for all Albertson's check encoders and later serviced many types of equipment in a territory covering Las Vegas to St George Utah and Kingston Arizona.
