CurrentIn my role supporting the Executive Events Team in New York, I assisted internal and client facing event managers on high-profile corporate events, including the Full Time Orientation for over 2,400 new hires, the Senior Leaders Meeting with over 100 executives and senior leaders at the bank, along with the annual Global Risk Management Meeting and CEO town hall forum. I coordinated with planners, support staff, and corporate partners to ensure seamless event execution. My contributions included invitee management, designing space layouts and agendas, and most importantly providing on-site support to help create unforgettable event experiences.
