加入啟碁科技擔任Networking部門「製造副理」一職，主要工作內容有：每月出貨目標達成、新進幹部招募與培訓、IPQC與LRR原因分析改善、生產效率提升、工單結案...等各項生產指標的達成。

在LCM部門擔任「副理」一職，管理MacBook LCM組裝流程，由於生產模式為流水線(共7條生產線)，依照淡旺季的訂單、機種的換代試產，部門管理人數從1500人～3000人不等(多數時間維持在2500人)，直接管理人數約為140人(幹部群)，故透過以下方式，讓指令貫徹到基層的2千多名員工：1. 賞罰分明的獎懲制度2. 完善並可執行的紀律規章3. 明確的團隊管理分工4. 建構回報機制與Daily meeting review5. 走動式與細緻管理6. 建立自主稽核團隊並達成以下目標:1. 客戶每年2次的新產品試產計畫、使客戶對我部充分肯定2. 協同各單位展開各項QIP專案活動，使良率提升2.5％、產能提升6％、人力精簡比例約20％3. 建立完善的幹部訓練文件和制度，將Know-how可以完整的傳承

首先擔任高雄廠D/A「產線組長」一職，約1.5年時間與管理約30人，主要內容有:1. 安排生產人力並達成每日出貨金額目標2. 監控各作業設備狀況3. 規劃改善專案，透過「人機料法環」各方面的分析，進行品質改善專案 2011年1月轉調上海廠並接任「製造主任」職務，管理人數約300~400人，在組長階的經驗使我相信管理者首重【賞罰分明】，因此著手建立明確的獎懲制度，將組織規章公平且透明化，以淘汰不適任人員，此舉凝聚了團隊意識與紀律，在2年多的時間共完成了30多件大小改善專案，豐碩的成果得到了主管實質的肯定與賞識。   2013年10月轉調回高雄廠，並進入物流管理處任職「主任」一職，由於部門屬性關係，因此對於貨物庫存安全、運輸安全、門禁安全…等各方面十分重視，同時由於出貨模式不同於產線，產線是”出貨金額”的模式，而發貨中心是屬於”出貨準時”的模式，因此作業排程與人力調度的能力更加重要，但是在上海廠服務的經驗讓我在短時間內即可適應並且順利達成出貨任務。

退伍後首先於嘉豐物流擔任倉管員，由於不同客戶有不同的出貨需求，因此需要有效率的運用各種人機資源，並且做好排程規劃，才能使工作可在要求時間內完成，而這也是我對於「管理」領域的啟蒙工作。
