• Spare parts consumption & min/max level monitoring and initiate replenishment.
• Monitor and generate report on parts typical wear patterns and operating life.
• Set up and transmit shutdown reports, maintenance work reports and daily inspection/monitoring to the client.

• Plan, organize, monitor and analyze maintenance operations to provide safe, economical and effective use of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Provide detail planning, scheduling and resources to support during Pre-commissioning and Commissioning phase. Generate daily and weekly Pre-commissioning/Commissioning progress updates and reports (completed.
• Issues maintenance service work orders as required and ensure maintenance work is coordinated and completed as required using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. Identify and procure parts and materials needed.
• Perform reviews and prioritize all maintenance service work requests/orders for the entire High Pressure Acid Leach Plant (HPAL) of the following assets; Autoclaves, Thickeners, HP GEHO Pumps, Vertical Turbine Pumps.
• Coordinate operation and maintenance to maximize work force productivity and ensure that the Health, Safety and Environmental policies of company are strictly followed.
• Perform/Conduct start up and shutdown plan/schedule for entire Pressure Acid Leach Plant to include Tailings facilities.

Lutopan, Toledo, Cebu, Philippines

• Manage and supervise for the proper and normal operating condition of all milling plant equipment such as ball mills, slurry pumps, pipelines, conveyors, cyclones, flotation machines, filter drums, vacuum pumps.
• Manage the fabrication & reconditioning at machine shop of various parts & equipment.
• Set maintenance goals every month & procure necessary spares.
• Oversee the safety & welfare of co-workers w/in the plant & conduct daily safety toolbox meeting.
• Schedules plant maintenance to ensure conflicts with plant production is minimized and plant safety and the environment are not compromised.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot the equipment’s breakdown; and prevent recurrence equipment’s’ trouble.

• Carry out maintenance overhaul, repair and installation on the entire milling plant equipment’s such as ball mills, slurry pumps, pipelines, conveyors, cyclones, flotation machines, filter drums, vacuum pumps, overhead.
• Rim and face alignment and laser alignment of pumps, gearboxes, agitators and ball mills.
• Perform such other functions as may be assigned from time to time by superior.
• Disassemble and assemble equipment using manual and electrical tools and equipment.
• Carry out repairs of pneumatic & hydraulic equipment and lubrication systems.
