Coordinated all eLearning projects througout the health system as well as overseeing and perticipating in the development of all eLearning materials using the Adobe eLearning Suite. Mound City, Kansas

As the General Manager I oversaw the construction of the entire water treatement system which included an earthen dam which created a 212 surface acre lake as the water supply, a water treatement plant rated to produce 2.1 million gallons of potable drinking water per day, water storage towers, 107 miles of underground transmission lines along with radio telemetry controls, Programable Logic Controlers, pump stations and above ground metering systems. This system serves wholesale drinking water to 13 government entities who serve a total of over 10,000 local and rural customers. These customers are located in five counties in both Kansas and Missouri. After the construction of the system I was responsible for all daily management and operations of the system which included the treatment process, recordkeeping, reporting to the state primacy agency, working with land owners regarding the procural of easements or maintenance of current easements on their property, communication with all governing bodies of the 13 member entities and their customers, managing all employees and performing all finacial and accountability tasts for the district. I was a certified instructor for the California State University, Sacramento School of Engineering and as such was a trainer for all staff working for the district. I directed and assisted in the troubleshooting and repair of all internal and external systems including plumbing, chemical feed, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electical, electronic and SCADA systems. Povided and managed all laboratory analasys of the treatment process and finished water quality.

Neodesha, Kansas

Assisted in the daily management and operation of both the water and wastewater treatment systems for the city. Oversaw all maintence and troubleshooting of both systems and all of their components. Created electronic reporting procedures and documents using the SCADA system and electronic monitoring data along with the daily laboroatory date provide by operators on staff. Managed personell, reported to the City Manager and Council in the absence of the Director.
