• Monitors and secures the network health of Radio Access Network (RAN), Wire Line Network (WLN), Wireless Core Switch (WCS), IP/Intelligent Network/Value Added Services (IVI) to avoid subscriber service degradations and interruptions.• Monitors alarms (power, environmental and equipment, transmission alarms) using different Monitoring Systems for RAN, WLN, WCS, IVI and escalates them to respective departments.• Performs initial analysis to identify faults on the system followed by restoration if possible on 2G/3G sites (1st line of Support).• Creates and updates fault tickets for any detected problem using Clarity Database.• Manages technical escalation to ensure faults are rectified within agreed SLAs.• Performs daily routine tasks that concerns maintenance issues on the NOC organization.- System Knowledgeable (Nokia Unix )- Knowledgeable on TCP/IP network protocol suite
