Mainly sell food and beverage. It is my job to up sell and suggestively sell our product. We have a full bar and extensive wine list. It is important for me to know our menu and be able to help the guest get whatever it is they are looking for to make them happy. I guess the bottom line is... Customer satisfaction is my #1 goal.

I was a minion at this job. I dug ditches, moved rocks, laid irrigation pipe, planted trees, laid sod and many other labor intensive work. I called myself a landscaper at the time, but I really just felt like a slave. I like working with people a whole lot better.
