Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Interview and hiring of maintenance staff• Knowledge and use of CRM software • Assisting in association billing for maintenance • Basic oversight of maintenance and housekeeping personnel• Maintaining and scheduling of annual and semi-annual inspections as required• Minor electrical/plumbing problems• Ordering and replacement of any ballasts/lighting equipment• Investigation of leaks and other weather related/HVAC issues• Creating and following regular schedule for maintenance on multiple properties• Responsible for work vehicle maintenance, inspections etc• Company accounts used to purchase necessary materials to complete work orders• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and homeowners• Emergency Maintenance (On Call) rotation and scheduling

Interior up-fits for office spaces• Steel framing of walls and doors• Installation of drywall and multiple styles of doors and locks• Construction of ceiling tile grids along with installation of actual tile• Putting together and installing wood cabinets.

Construction of pole barns from start to finish.• Left in charge of projects in absence of foreman• Extensive knowledge with post frames• Working with steel siding, and roofing, heavy lifting, pouring concrete footers• Duties performed in all weather conditions• Some experience with vinyl siding, shingles, and interior framing

Responsibilities including but not limited to:• Assigning tasks to crew as well as overseeing of duties throughout shift• Removal of animal waste• Proper disposal of trash• Cleaning cages with pressure washer• Cage repair• Feeding of animals.
