• Job DescriptionTo maintain primary books of accounts of a certain company. To ensure the smooth operation of In-house account (wholesale) as well as consignment account. Major Responsibilities1. Process all disbursements including check voucher preparation.2. Prepares monthly sales summary or liquidation of Consignment.3. Prepares schedules such as accounts receivables, advances to employees, advances to (due to) officers, advances to (due to) affiliates, accounts payable and other documents as needed by the accounting manager.4. Prepares returns and pays withholding taxes on wages & expanded (1601-C and 1601-E).5. Prepares cash flow position.6. Prepares payment of taxes to BIR and other billings 7. Prepares bank reconciliation and ensuring the passbook's update.8. Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts for reliability of financial reporting. Minor Responsibilities1. Prepares invoices for wholesale (In-house) account and consignment account.2. Reconcile the inventory of trade shows event.3. Process charging memo of warehouse employees, consignment's staff.

AA – Reconcile all sales of all consignment and factory outlets sales.TA - Assist and update Treasury Officer for collection & payments of billing. Major Responsibilities1. Reconcile Monthly Sales Report2. Recording of Cash Invoices to system.3. Preparation of checks issued daily.4. Preparation of monthly summary sales report (for submission to Accounting & report to VP-Finance)5. Help and assist Treasury Officer regarding bank reconciliation. Minor Responsibilities1. Monitoring of Cash Invoice booklets per branch.2. Preparation Monthly Reconciled Sales Report (MRSR) for Vat Output.3. Other function given by VP-Finance & Treasury Officer.
