Previously a member of the maintenance team here at Air Liquide in Freeport ,TX. Our plant supports the gulf coast pipeline and surrounding facilities with industrial gases for industrial and medical usage. Our key roles are first and foremost safety and reliability. Daily tasks include and are not limited to Taking Vibration readings via data collector, assisting and supporting turn a rounds and larger projects during shut downs. Our day to day events change as do the PM's we do that are scheduled via Maximo.

Field service technician for industrial cryogenics equipment such as reciprocating pumps, centrifugal pumps and turbo expanders. Travel between the US, Canada and Mexico for customer support and commissionings. Diagnose, troubleshoot, rebuild and repair cryogenic equipment and components as directed.

Daily responsibilities include repair and rebuilding powder metal and ceramic presses in the Powder Metal industry. Routines could consist of simple repairs to complete tear down and rebuild and fabrication. Responsible for fabricating and welding safety guards, body work and finish and painting in our in house paint booth. Also responsible for building and configuring hydraulic systems and wiring of high and low pressure switches, setting limit switches and assisting electrician in wiring electrical cabinets. Our presses are mechanical and hydraulicly operated. Slight mill work and use of measuring tools is part of daily routine. Traveling is a slight percentage to customers to diagnose and repair our presses on location.

Responsible for all aspects of troubleshooting and repair of a wide range of machines in today's newspaper industry, such as printing presses, folders, stacking and strapping machines along with conveyors. Perform a wide variety of skill-oriented tasks throughout daily routine, from hydraulics to pneumatics and minor fabrication.Plan and implement alterations to ensure safety, improve operations, and to increase machine productivity.

Performed maintenance and repair of semi-automated equipment, PLC-controlled assembly lines, and handled all duties similar to those listed above under cosmetic / food grade requirements. Performed range of tasks including maintenance of make up production lines, thermo chillers, plastics assembly and sensor repair. Daily routines consisting of many quality checks, proper running, and maintenance of lines along side of qualified operator.

Responsible for the setup and performance of preventative maintenance on a range of machines, such as a high speed printer/ decorator with a constant flow speed of 1500 cans per minute. Responsible for inker set up adjustment and maintenance. Perform daily changeovers when necessary within timeframe to limit down time and production loss. Adjust registration and perform plate/blanket changes as needed.
