Construction professional with a passion for building. I have completed projects in numerous product types including healthcare, office, multi-family/senior care, and education with a heavy focus on industrial spec/build-to-suit, manufacturing, food & beverage, and distribution facilities. Strong focus on project analytics such as estimating/budget review, cost and change management, schedule management, and conflict resolution. Proven record on project safety and adherence to all required regulations. My career progression from entry level assistant project manager through operations manager/upper management has allowed me to experience the roles and tasks required of each team member and how to best manage those traits for a successful project. Current responsibilities include managing the operations of the business unit and associated projects as well as helping pursue the strategic goal of the company. This includes but is not limited to schedule and budget management, personnel and staffing requirements/needs, and financial reporting and tracking.
