Collaborated directly with Plant operations managers and regional directors to champion critical area benchmarks.Saved the company from a debt delinquency and prevented legal and contract penalties from being incurred in another department. This was a direct result of proactive research and in-depth review of old documents and forgotten spreadsheets. The initial goal was to gain a more comprehensive view of the company’s overall Treasury Management needs but ended up having a greater overall impact for the company.Instituted workflow process improvements between 3 departments that reduced manual efforts by ~50% and resulted in a savings of approximately 200 labor hours annually. This action also more effectively communicated necessary information. Developed a Treasury payment proposal instrument that saved over 10% in daily labor hours that combined 3 ERP system outputs (Ross, IFS, SAP) and provided real-time updates.

Developed a Cash Forecasting model for Global operational and liquidity needs. This tool efficiently integrated over 30+ operating accounts spread across 5+ countries with multiple currencies and successfully provided a strategic analysis tool used in operational, FX, and liquidity planning. (Utilized existing technology the company had to create this semi-automated and systematic approach. This resulted in a reduction of labor hours and simultaneously reduced data entry errors)Designed and Executed a semi-automated Daily Cash Operations tool using in-house & existing resources that increased productivity by over 60+%. This system simultaneously increasing the number of accounts able to be quickly monitored by a factor of 10X and resulted in a time-cost savings of approximately $60K annually while also generating ~75% increase in visibility for international and domestic accounts.Prevented over $1.0MM in 3rd party fraudulent invoices and cash losses. These procedures set the benchmark for vendor verification policies and were adopted by other departments.Managed and maintained a Commercial Paper program in excess of $2.5BN and developed daily audit procedures that saved nearly $100K over a 2+ year time span in dealer and bank errors.
