Managed a product portfolio of over $9MM in annual value stream investment in enterprise resiliency technology tools, including business continuity planning, enterprise services, and operational resiliency products. Lead portfolio strategy across six agile release teams (ART) on both .NET and Appian technology stacks, delivering product features on time and on budget.

Spearheaded product strategy to implement the enterprise business continuity testing (BCT) tool by building the product roadmap, including journey maps, wireframes, process design and feature sets, to deliver an Appian solution on a budget of $1.7MM. Designed the end-to-end process workflows, replacing existing processes that were highly manual. Ensured data quality by implementing systems of record (SOR) inputs with defined business rules for ensuring completeness and accuracy for data-at-rest and data-in-motion. Built interoperability with existing and target state toolsets for each section of the value chain, ensuring product adoption and intuitive tool use for customers.

Built analytical tools to track remediation of nearly 3MM cybersecurity issues for the enterprise, including network, server build, and middleware configuration vulnerabilities

Managed a $19MM budget for base and initiative work on behalf of channels technology delivery, including automated teller machines (ATM), financial center, and contact center channels.
