I lead, organized, and marketed the Fall and Spring Energy Challenge on Indiana University Bloomington's Campus. The Challenge included over 70 buildings with the goal of seeing which one could save the most electricity and water over the course of 3 weeks. My duties included working with key influencers within buildings to inspire behavior change, creating and distributing awareness materials, updating the website to be more user friendly, and creating awareness events. Over the course of two Energy Challenges, IU saved over 600,000 gallons of water and 200,000 kWh of electricity
