Mental health and career coach to hundreds of clients and was responsible for coordinating care with family members, employers, physicians, therapists and other external stakeholders. Served as a case manager for clients with mental health concerns and helped build and run the practice's career development programs, which focused on assisting individuals in meeting "whole person, whole organization" goals for their careers and their lives.

Founded and managed a regional non-profit trusted with helping individuals with bipolar disorder and their loved ones in their recovery.
