He has a strong "can do" attitude, commercial view that focuses on outcomes and values simplicity in design. Jayson has over 30 years of industry experience, including 15 years with Macquarie Bank, 10 years with Westpac/BT Financial Group and over 5 years with Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers (he is a Chartered Accountant by training). Jayson has worked on start ups and also multi year transformation programs. He has broad experience across a number of disciplines, with specific expertise and a proven track record in Digital, Innovation, Customer Experience, Program & Project Management, Transformation programs, Operational performance improvement, Growth & Strategy definition and execution (including some M&A).Jayson completed the Australian Institute Of Company Directors Course in 2015 and is now using this knowledge to increase his involvement in the NFP sector. He is a member of the Board and Chair of the Customer Experience Sub-Commitee of Hume Community Housing. Jayson chaired the Westpac Pro Bono Employee Action Group (EAG), and mentors/coaches CEOs and founders of social enterprises.
