He previously served as the D&I Talent Strategy Partner in People & Culture where he drove impact by leading Genentech’s Diversity Officer Succession Planning initiative to source and recruit in-demand talent from historically underrepresented communities. Jayson has over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, working with Harvard University’s West Coast Development Office and the San Francisco Ballet. Jayson earned his Master of Arts from American University and graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellow.
