He has a proven ability to understand his clients' businesses, markets, and unique differentiators. He translates that knowledge into award-winning marketing campaigns, powerful messaging, branding, content and effective sales enablement programs. Jayson joined Merritt Group in 2003 where he currently leads a team of marketing communications and creative services professionals who work across clients in the agency’s four vertical markets – technology, government, healthcare, and security. In 2009, Jayson started Merritt Group’s creative services practice to expand the agency’s portfolio of marketing services. Since then, the creative services team has worked with a variety of clients including Samsung, Microsoft, Monster.com, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, Unisys and many others. His team’s work has been recognized with multiple marketing and creative awards including American Advertising Awards, Graphic Design Magazine Awards, and Hermes Awards. Prior to starting the creative services practice, Jayson led the Enterprise Technology practice at Merritt Group, leading marquee B2B accounts including Teradata, Verint, Metastorm/OpenText and others.
