Digital Project Implementation: Responsible for the management and deployment of public-facing digital products and experiences including digital kiosks, the museums’ AI chatbot, and digital multimedia tour experience.Print Design: Responsible for print design for collateral pieces supporting museum offerings including brochures, signage, and direct mail marketing collateral.Photography, Video, and Audio Production: Shooting and editing video for museum events and artist interviews, providing photography for social media and museum print media. Providing art direction to contract photographers and videographers. Edited numerous in-house video projects including video interviews, promotional videos, testimonials, and lectures. Edited the second season of the museum podcast.Social Media: Museum social media manager, responsible for scheduling and editing content, responding to queries and staying abreast of social best practices. Analytics: Setup and updated Google Analytics for museum sites, Facebook and Twitter analytics, and applying resultant information to museum marketing materials.
