Crafted and executed future-focused design strategies across the Fortune Brands Water Innovations (WINN) Portfolio as the design leader on the CMO’s leadership team. Built a ground up global design-org that centralized strategic design functions (ID, UX/UI, Trend Strategy, Innovation) across the global teams (North America, Europe, Asia). Implemented dynamic design strategies, resource management, and design quality control systems as a global center of excellence (COE). Authored and led the adoption of visual brand strategies and sophisticated design systems for Moen and The House of Rohl brands in the WINN portfolio. Also served as Co-Chair of the FBHS Inclusion Culture Council, seeking to make the corporate culture a welcoming and equitable home for all.
